This building fascinates me. It’s under construction, yet it’s in use. The lower flowers seem to be actively occupied by businesses. I don’t know the story, but I’m guessing this is a great way to fund the further development. Less risky and easier to generate revenue right away. It’s sort of like taking agile methodology to construction. I wonder if they are listening to the current tenants and make improvements to the new floors? There are a bunch sings around its base. I’ll see if I can gather more information.
